We are so excited about our partnership with the local Village Exchange Center. Throughout this past season we have been given the opportunity to donate our time and an assortment of fresh, local veggies. This organization works with immigrants and refugees to empower them in their new life here in the United States.

What has FTFT Rookie been up to lately?
It is hard to believe that we are already in year 7 of the Rookie Farm program. Seven years ago, we secured a contract with Tower Community Church for the use of their property for our teen work program. Through the years, we have seen a lot of challenges, successes, changes and blessings. We have been fortunate to have a diverse group of workers each year to help us move forward. The creativity of our team has only grown as we continue forward.
FTFT Rookie has a unique opportunity to reach a wide-ranging group of young individuals and provide them with knowledge, skill, wisdom and biblical truth. With the help of our youth workers, volunteers and leadership, we have seen increased production and efficiency. This means we are able to provide fresh local, organically grown produce to our community.
